Frequently Asked Questions

How are shipping rates calculated?

Our rates are based on the actual weight or dimensional weight of your package, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is calculated based on the package's size and is used when a package is light but takes up a lot of space.

Are there any additional fees?

All shipping rates include our processing fee. However, customs duties and taxes imposed by your local authorities are not included and will be your responsibility upon delivery.
